We offering a $60 diagnostic fee we select a specialist technician  to come to your place and provide an estimate for the repair. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic will be  no charge ,You only paid for the repair . If you decline our estimate and do not move forward with the repair, you are still responsible for the diagnostic fee.
